"Solid prep overall, just a little dry in spots"
I used Kaplan to study for my exam and it did the job well, the videos were usually clear, the practice questions helped me figure out where I was weak, and even though a few sections felt like they dragged on forever and got kind of dry, I still felt like the course covered what I needed and helped me stay on track. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

"Exam booking help was alright"
I needed some help booking my exam, and the support team did get it sorted in the end. It took a bit longer than I thought it would, and I had to chase them once, which was annoying. That said, when they did reply, the info was clear. It wasn’t a bad experience, just wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped.

"I’m not trying to be overly picky here..."
I’m not trying to be overly picky here, but I expected the practice exams to feel a lot closer to the real test. Some of the questions just seemed a little off, and the explanations were way too short in a few spots. There were answers where I still didn’t really understand why they were correct, which kind of defeats the purpose. It did help me a bit, so I’m not saying it was useless, but for what it costs, I expected more.

"Refund was straightforward"
I ended up having to cancel my Kaplan Financial course and asked about getting a refund. it was a bit quicker than I expected and there wasn’t really any hassle or back-and-forth. Overall, it was simple, so I was happy enough with how it all went.

"Easy enough to use, but the communication could be clearer"
The site was simple to get around overall. My lessons loaded without any issues, and I liked being able to jump back in where I left off. A couple of pages felt a little clunky on my laptop, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The main thing that annoyed me was that some instructions and messages weren’t very clear, so I had to figure out what they meant on my own. Still, overall it was a good experience...

"Slow Support Messed Up My Plans"
I did get help in the end, but the replies were really slow. I was counting on getting it sorted sooner, and it ended up throwing off my plans for the day. Frustrating, honestly.

"Smooth sign-up, solid start"
Signing up was easy, and I got my login details quicker than I expected. The onboarding steps made sense, and I didn’t need to call support or anything, which was nice. So far, everything seems to be where I’d expect it to be. Compared to some other setups I’ve dealt with, this was... yeah, definitely a good first experience

"Still Didn’t Feel Ready!!!"
I went through their study materials and really tried to make it work, but when exam day came around, I still felt totally unprepared!!! It just didn’t help me feel confident or ready at all!!!

"Couldn’t even finish one lesson"
I tried using the site all evening, but it kept crashing every time I got into a lesson. I reached out to support hoping they could help, but it felt like they were blaming me or my setup instead of looking into the issue. Frustrating when I just wanted to get through one lesson

"Sorta not as flexible as I hoped"
I was hoping I’d be able to fit studying around my work schedule, but it ended up feeling sorta strict with the class times and access rules. If you miss something, it can be hard to catch back up.

"Study material was spot on"
Kaplan’s study material was right about what I needed. The topics made sense and didn’t feel like they were adding a bunch of random stuff just to fill space. The practice questions were close to what I was expecting too, so that made me feel a lot more prepared. And the layout was simple, which I liked, because I could just get into studying without getting all confused.

"I really wanted this to work, but the..."
I really wanted this to work, but the explanations made things more confusing. The lessons felt rushed and unclear, and even after replaying the same parts a few times, it still wasn’t clicking. At this point, it feels like something that needs to be addressed because it’s seriously affecting the learning experience.

"Great tutors, but some classes stressed me out"
The tutors definitely know what they’re talking about, and some of them are really helpful. But oh my gosh, a few classes felt like they were moving at lightning speed. I was sitting there trying to keep up like my brain was in a marathon. Overall it’s good, but the teaching pace can be a bit uneven.

"Felt like I paid too much for too little"
I was disappointed. I spent a decent amount expecting the explanations to really help things click, but I still ended up searching elsewhere to actually understand the material. That made it feel even more frustrating, like I’d paid for something that didn’t really support me the way I hoped it would. For me, it just wasn’t worth the money

For what I was trying to do, the progress tracking just wasn’t that helpful. Maybe it would be useful for someone who likes very basic check-ins, but in my case the feedback felt too vague to actually act on
